Refund policy

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, a request for return must be received within 30 days of receipt of the capbox. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Items received with damage will not be eligible for a refund, but a replacement product wil be sent. Pictures of any damage must be taken and filed within 7 days of receipt Any damage claims filed after 7 days will be null and void.
