Returns and Refunds
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, a request for return must be received within 4 days of receipt of the ShoeBoxes. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Items received with damage will not be eligible for a refund, but a replacement product will be sent. Pictures of any damage must be taken and filed within 5 days of receipt. Any damage claims filed after 5 days will be null and void.
