Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Backorders and out of stock items will be fulfilled as soon as they are available
- Some items sold on our website require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. We comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
Shipping Options & Rates
Please note orders do not ship same day - most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
The shipping timeframe for the shipping speed selected does not start until after our processing time of 3-5 business days before shipping.
Delivery estimates are based on the day shipped and not the day ordered. All orders are shipped through FedEx, USPS, Amazon Shipping or UPS. Your shipping confirmation email will provide an updated package arrival time. Tracking availability varies based on the types of items purchased, the selected shipping method, and the carrier of your item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into the tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.
